Terry Goldfarb is a relational powerhouse who actively connects people and resources for the purpose of improving our community.

Terry Goldfarb is a seasoned, business development and marketing executive, and a relationship-building maven.

Her experience includes RGP where she was the Senior Director of Business Development, and a marketing role at Coopers & Lybrand. Over the course of 22 years, she developed a Leaders in Transition program that has helped thousands of executives network their way into new company roles and opportunities, and onto their first Board of Directors.

She continues to support executives and senior management in building and nurturing their relationships and honing their networking and connecting skills, to further their careers and manage change. Whether in one-on-one consultations, or presenting to groups, she is passionate about adding value and making a difference.

Terry’s life and career is an example of how having a good list of connections in your network will bring you prosperity and alliances that you never dreamed could happen!  Terry delights in making networking fun for everyone by reframing the process from drudgery to happy anticipation.

She has spoken to groups at Lee Hecht, Right Management, Challenger Grey, Institute of Internal Auditors, Association of Corporate Counsel, PacifiCare, Resources Global Professionals, Hughes Marino, JUUL. She has and lectured at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business EMBA class and Cal State University Fullerton’s Center for Leadership program.

Terry has been instrumental in founding and/or growing local organizations that promote education, the arts, health and the business community.

She has served on the boards or key committees of BeAware, Human Options, Vital Link, Partnership 2010, FCD, FEI (Financial Executives International), the Software Council, City of Hope, Orangewood, Orange County Committee of the Arts, OC Museum of Art, City of Hope, Healthy Smiles, American Electronics Association, So. Coast Repertory, Cal State Fullerton University Center for Leadership, USC Corporate Governance Conference, Venture Point, UCI School of Medicine, UCI Graduate School of Business/Accelerate SBDC, LINC/The LifeSciences Industry Council, Dodge College of Film and Media at Chapman, the American Heart Association, TEDxOrange Coast and the Girl Scouts of OC, and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts for more than thirty-three years.
